1- Try something newÂ
This is a great thing to do for 2 reasons. 1- if you try 3 new things, that's 3 workouts nailed, even if you never go back. 2-You could find something you love and then it will make your fitness journey easier and more varied.Â
2- Do what you enjoy
Doing what you enjoy really does narrow the gap between you and your goals. Someone who hates weights isn’t going to come and do 4 weights sessions a week and see them through to the end. Someone who loves weights will look forward to it, will know what they’re doing and will feel comfortable when it’s time to up the weights and challenge themselves.Â
3- Use an expert (like me ☺)
We’re here for a reason. At BeActive Urmston you have access to Personal Trainers. You can book us for 121 sessions or simply ask us about certain machines/workouts while we’re on the gym floor. Use us and we can really help keep you on track.
