Our BeActive Urmston gym & classes
 

Our 40-station gym has been fully-refurbished, with brand new, state-of-the-art kit installed in May 2022 and including cardio, resistance, strength and functional areas to suit any training programme.

​

A full class and activity timetable complements your gym programme, with something for everyone. From high-intensity Fast 30, HIIT and Bootcamp that build stamina and strength, to yoga, pilates and fun Zumba sessions for all-round wellbeing, BeActive Urmston’s classes and activities keep training fresh.
